Plants are not dispatched on weekends, bank holidays, or during very hot weather, to protect plant health. We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the order.

Where We Deliver Live Plants
We deliver live plants to UK areas listed above only.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship live plants to:
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Europe or overseas
This is due to post‑Brexit plant health regulations and certification costs.
Plant Delivery
- Sent by next working day delivery
- Dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail First Class Tracked
- Plants arrive the next working day after dispatch

Parcels can be left in a safe place.
You may also add delivery instructions at checkout or via the DPD App.
